Reminders:

1) The two values in the upper right hand corner should be brought forward from the previous page. If not, then you have a problem.


2) The four values in the upper left hand corner should be obtained from your statistical output. In SPSS, for example, you must request for the covariance matrix to be produced during the regression analysis in order to have this information.


3) Be certain that you have selected the correct variances and covariance. Their position in the matrix may vary from the example I give elsewhere in this site.
